Shipping Policy

1. Shipping within Pakistan
We offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan. Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days depending on your location.
2. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout, and vary depending on the destination.
- Delivery Time: International shipping generally takes 7-14 business days.
- Customs and Duties: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s policies before placing an order.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Delays: Please note that there may be delays in order processing or delivery due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping your order.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. For domestic orders within Pakistan, we primarily use TCS and Leopards Courier. For international orders, we use a variety of carriers depending on the destination.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available to receive the package, the courier may leave a notification or attempt redelivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, or that you provide the correct shipping address.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may charge an additional fee to cover the cost of redelivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your orders, but in the event that a package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
