Return Policy

At Solaris Jewellery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  1. Unworn and Unused: Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and without any signs of damage.
  2. Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging, including the jewelry box, tags, and any accompanying certificates.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns and exchanges.
  4. Personalized or Custom Items: Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there’s a defect in craftsmanship or material.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with proof (images of the defect) to initiate a claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made jewelry or items that have been engraved, resized, or altered are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@solarisjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value. Contact us at support@solarisjewellery.com to initiate an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  2. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@solarisjewellery.com.
